Made folder/file structure match Backdrop Using a sanitized version of my local's styleguide page for more accurate markup and styles

@jenlampton and @quicksketch think this is ready to rock. Reworked the thing from scratch to follow backdrop a lot closer I think it'll be easier for FE Devs to know what we changed to accomplish what we did in the styleguide and hopefully a little easier to update the styleguide. |
